This competition will be conducted by Omnicom Media Group Germany GmbH, Business unit FUSE.
The competition is conducted from within the Federal Republic of Germany. Therefore, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively to this competition irrespective of the location from which the participant takes part.
By taking part, the participants guarantee compliance with the guidelines. The participants agree to indemnify the organiser against any claims from third parties arising from an infringement of the guidelines by the participant to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. ELIGIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANTS
The participants must be at least 18 years old. Minors are represented by their parents.
This competition is not restricted to any location.
Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participating in the competition, as well as race participants and their relatives.
The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants, at his own discretion, for valid reasons, e.g. in the case of:
• Infringement of the provisions of this competition;
• Manipulating the technical or administrative process of this competition;
• Reasonable suspicion, about obtaining information about the race outcome before publication;
• Inappropriate behaviour (e.g. defamatory, offensive or illegal behaviour); or
• False or misleading statements regarding the participation in this competition.
2. NO OBLIGATION TO BUY
There is no requirement to purchase goods or services offered by the organiser or an affiliated company and / or one of its business partners. The purchase of goods or ordering of a service from the organiser does not increase the chances of the participant in this competition.
3. PROCEDURE FOR THE COMPETITION
To participate in the raffle, participants must be members of the official OverTakeGG Discord server.
Participation for each race is open until two hours before the release of the individual races of the #DreamTeamSeries. Participation is only possible in the dedicated Discord text channel.
To participate, each participant will send in their prediction of the final results of each race, who of the creator contenders will finish first, second and third place.
For each correctly tipped place (place and name) will be rewarded with 4 points, only the correct name in the top-3 but not the exact place will be rewarded with 2 points.
In total you can collect between 0 and 12 points per race, maximum 48 points over all races.
The winner of each race will win a 50€ Steam gift card, the overall winner who collects the most points over all 4 races will win the grand prize, the Logitech G29.
If two or more participants have the same number of points, a random winner will be selected.
Every winner will be contacted by Discord private message until January 6th, 2023. The winner will then have a period of two weeks to contact the organiser and claim the prize; otherwise, it will be forfeited. If only a few, or none, of several winners fail to contact the organiser, a new draw will take place as described above. In this new drawing, either all or only the remaining number of winners will be drawn.
The winner will receive the prize at the address provided in the contact details. For prizes where shipment is not possible, the winner is obliged to collect the prize. The specific details of the collection will be managed between the organiser and the winner by telephone or email.
4. Duration of event
The competition begins on November 21st, 2022 at 4:00 PM and ends on December 22nd, 2022 at 11:59 PM German time.
5. PRIZES
Each week there will be one winner who will win a 50€ steam gift card for betting on the correct race winner. At the end of the tournament, we will have an overall winner who will win a Logitech G29 Driving Force set worth 230€.
The prize must be accepted in the form awarded. The title to require the prize may not be reassigned, pledged or otherwise transferred. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a prize or part of it cannot be awarded for any reason, the organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with a different prize of equal or higher value.
6. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for:
• false or inaccurate information, whether through participants, printing errors, omissions, or through one of the programming / software / online applications associated with or used by the competition;
• technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions of the drawing or interruptions in the telephone line, the network, hardware or software or other interruptions;
• unauthorized human intervention in a part of the upload process;
• technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the prize or the processing of videos, or
• injuries or damages to persons or objects that can be directly or indirectly caused in whole or in part by the participation of the participants in the competition.
The organiser assumes no responsibility for entries that are lost, sent in late, incorrectly or incompletely delivered or that cannot be delivered or submitted for technical or other reasons. Proof of sending does not replace proof of receipt.
The notification of the prize to the tax authorities and, if applicable, the payment of taxes on prizes is part of the sole responsibility of the winner.
As far as legally permissible, the liability for damages to the organiser is limited to gross negligence and intent. In the event of liability arising from negligence, the organiser shall only be liable for foreseeable, typically damages.
Please note that this competition is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Twitter, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube or other social media platforms on which it can be played, and that the organiser is also not legally or actually linked to Twitter, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube, etc. Participants acknowledge that they have no legal claim against Twitter, Twitch & Facebook, Instagram & YouTube or other social media platforms and release Twitter, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube or other social media platforms from any liability in connection with the competition. All transmitted data is directed exclusively to the organiser.
7. DATA PROTECTION
The organiser shall limit the collection and use of the participants’ data to their master data (such as full name, address, age, email address, country). Participants participating in this competition agree to the use of the above-mentioned data for this competition by the organiser. After the end of the competition, the organiser deletes the data of each participant.
The organiser shall answer questions about the storage of personal data by written request. Participants can correct the data, request deletion, or revoke their consent to use the data. The organiser will comply with these requests, but the entitlement of the participant to participate in the competition is thereby waived.
8. REVOCATION, TERMINATION AND WITHDRAWAL
Participants may withdraw from the competition at any time while it is running. Within a period of two weeks after notification, the organiser shall delete all data collected from the participant. Participants can declare their withdrawal to the organiser at any time in writing or by email at the following address:

The cancellation of the use of the participant’s personal data is possible at any time. However, such a cancellation will inevitably be followed by the exclusion of the participant from the competition.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice or giving reasons.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision, agreement or condition of this agreement is declared invalid, void or unenforceable by a competent court, the rest of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected or become invalid. The invalid, void or unenforceable provision, agreement or condition shall be replaced by such provision, agreement or condition that is deemed to be valid or enforceable and is as close as possible to the regulation it replaces. This shall also apply if a clause, a provision, a contract or a condition that constitutes a loophole in the regulations is missing in this agreement.
These general terms and conditions of participation are subject to German law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from this competition is Dusseldorf.

If the participant’s data is no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes, including billing, for tax or other legal reasons, they will be deleted.
If the participant has concerns about data protection on the organiser’s website, he can request the information collected and stored by the organiser under the above-mentioned address and request correction or deletion of his data.
