improved #99 skin

adjusted bonnet, colors, alpha, reflection map to make it more accurate

Jordi Gené car was wrong color

fixed Jordi's car which was black which is slightly the wrong shade of red. Few tweaks to some of the others

added 8 skins more to complete grid with 27 liveries total

Also added reflection map to #99 to make it part matte, a few other tweaks to other skins
