The Formula 1 Esports Pro Series 2020 is played on Codemasters' F1 2020 and kicks off this Wednesday, October 14, at the Bahrain International Circuit. There will be 12 rounds in total, with the last race taking place on December 17. A prize pool of $750,000 is on the line.

Just like the real-life motorsports original, racers will collect points in all rounds and whoever manages to garner the most points at the end of the season will be crowned champion. In addition to the single driver ratings, there will also be a prize for the manufacturer that acquired the most points. In last year's series, Italian esports racer David Tonizza from Ferrari took home the trophy as champion with a score of 184. Red Bull Racing Esports Team were able to secure the first place in the manufacturer competition.
