OverTake Dream Team Series

Our very own tournament is back for a second season, and this time it will be taking place on Assetto Corsa utilising the modding capabilities to test our competitors in a huge range of cars and driving types.

Format

There are four events of four different motorsport disciplines. The first event uses TCR Touring Car class and it consists of two races, a shorter sprint race and then a longer main race with the top ten finishers of the sprint being reversed to set the grid. The second event is a 1vs1 drifting event going up and down a hillclimb road inspired by Initial D.

The third event is centred around rallycross with two semi finals, a last chance qualifier and grand final. Finally, the fourth and last event is centred around multi-class endurance racing with each team having one driver competing in the Praga R1 and the other in a UK Fun Cup car.

Whichever team has the most combined points at the end of the season are declared the champions.

All events are broadcast on the OverTake YouTube channel at 6pm CET on Wednesdays. The schedule is as follows:

Rd 1: Ellbows Out (TCR Touring Car) – 23 November
Rd 2: Streets on Fire (Hillclimb) – 30 November
Rd 3: Gettin’ Dirty (Rallycross) – 14 December
Rd 4: Close Call (Multi-Class Enduro) – 21 December
