Assetto Corsa Competizione has been released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The console version of the simulation hit the market on June 23, 2020. The PC version of the game was already released in September 2018. Assetto Corsa is the official video game to the GT World Challenge Championship developed by KUNOS Simulazioni and 505 Games.

In Assetto Corsa, racers are able to experience the atmosphere of the GT3 championship. The game is based on the Unreal 4 Engine which provides very realistic graphics. Apart from the graphics, ACC’s gameplay has delighted the fans with its high level of realism as well.

The game can be played in single player mode where racers compete against the official drivers, teams, and cars of the GT3 championship. But the heart of the competitive simulation is its multiplayer. Many big esports competitions like the SRO Esports GT Series are being held on the PC version of the game.

The tracks included in the game were laser-scanned to ensure maximum realism. The racers are able to test their skills in sprint, endurance, and 24-hour races. The cars were developed in close collaboration with the real GT cars manufacturers.

The price of the console version was at €39.99/$39.99/£34.99 on release. Players that pre-ordered got access to the Intercontinental GT Pack on release day. The DLC includes 45 car liveries, 30 new teams, 50 new drivers, as well as new game modes. Those who did not pre-order the game will be able to purchase the DLC later this summer, according to the developers.

KUNOS and 505 Studios have also announced more DLCs to hit the market. A GT4 pack will be available on Steam in summer and comes to consoles in fall 2020. A British Pack DLC will come to both PC and consoles in winter 2020.
