Build 1121 introduces changes to UI and Overlay as well as new modding tools.

rFactor 2 developer Studio 397 has released a new build for their game. The update, which hit the servers on Friday, fixes several bugs and implements other improvements to its code base. The overhauled overlay and UI are more visible changes that make observing races much easier. With these changes, rFactor 2 is now potentially more viewer-friendly. Besides these quality of life changes, Studio 397 made slight updates to the graphics.

Also modders may rejoice: Studio 397 revisited the modding documentation to accomodate the needs that come with new features. The patch introduces 3ds Max 2021 Plugins, a Material Editor and a Maps Converter tool. With these means at hand, rFactor 2 offers more opportunities to modders than ever before. The developer released a list with all changes on their website.
