The Trackmania Grand League shared first details on season two, announcing a new game and a new design.

Season two of the Trackmania Grand League has been announced. The league shared first information on its official Twitter on Thursday, June 18. The Trackmania Grand League is a solo-competition hosted by game developer Ubisoft-Nadeo

The league will be played on a new game as the post suggests. This new game might be TrackMania, which is going to be released on July 1, 2020. The free-to-play-game will be a remake of TrackMania Nations which hit the market in 2006. A new design of the league has also been presented.

Trackmania Grand League season two will premier on September 13. Further information about the tournament has not been released yet.

Season one of the Trackmania Grand League took place from January 5 to February 28, 2020. After an online qualifying process, 16 racers competed in the offline playoffs in Lyon, France. Canadian driver Carl Jr. from team Solary won the championship which was being held in TrackMania 2 Stadium. By doing so he earned a prize money of €4,000.
