Stimulis et responsionis!

Very interesting feedback from users here. And you're SURE that you HAVE installed BeamNG? :D

My primary wishes since the start of AC1 have simply been a requested core sim engine, i.e. with

- more reliable modeling of suspension and coasting.

- more reliable rain response, with reliable tire response. Rain tires to count on, also when drying up and giving in.

- generally much more reliable tire response over the distance. It can't be that when I jump into GTR2 for a week, updated with corresponding mods, that I feel much more eager to race my favorite hobby; endurance, when I only think of tire development and the delightfully harsh consequences of driving the tires too hard.

- save game option

- embedded better tuning of AI cars, on par with the capabilities of latest paid CSP AI options.

- general incorporation of corresponding options in x4fab's CSP

- general implementation of similar graphics options as in SOL, Pure, Natural Mods Filter, etc.

- Championship options as in the full version of CM.

- Etc.

There are still so many opportunities to optimize AC1 just within the core of the simracing concept that it's a whole deluge.

I don't miss a story about how I drive from home to the Nordschleife and back home. I've done that countless times in real life.

Instead, I wish that the abysmal world of mods can be transferred 1:1 to AC EVO, where people can use this sim for whatever they want.

My immediate response was regarding A110 S which I hope to be a pure iconic classic. A110 1600s will be just fine.

Of other cars and tracks, I quietly expect a huge amount as mods from our amazing mod community. Preferably with options for easy conversions.

Regarding tracks I have just enjoyed the latest version of Italotrack's iconic 1957 Pescara Grand Prix and recent 1923 Tours, in addition to the Gran Premio di Napoli (1934-1957) in various Italian pre-war grand prix monsters.

I would never expect that to come as standard content, but I can't live without it. But don't claim this as standard content, rather a yet refined sim engine to me and up to the modders to do the rest.

This struck me as a shame, where the 350 number was used on the Esprit V8 Lotus's own bespoke 'pukka' engine, lost now, to be replaced by Toyota engines, TVR under Peter Wheeler, had their own bespoke engines, as did Aston Martin, now replaced by the massive manufacturers power units from Ford and Mercedes, (though TVR has under the stewardship of Les Edgar only produced one solitary vehicle in the last decade with promises and promoses)... I guess the world keeps changing with cheaper but better.

yet another racing simulator, besides better looking (I presume) does it solves the AC problems or is it a AC renewed? AC have been a good platform for racing but there is some details that weren't working as they should like if an AI is pushed outside the road is race is finished since it needs to be at a certain distance from the AI line. The AI system is very basic and not reliable even the limited edition means are not the best. The AI makes some corners in a different way it seems there is not a braking point for every car, adjusting it in an hint for one adjusts for all (that is wrong). There is no way of doing a defensive path. In the case of different races like rallycross it needs programming for a start ai path and a joker path as well the strategy for that kind of races. It seems the AI is trying to do the faster it cans without measuring the consequences.
If I mentioned something that was changed please accept my apologizes.

Ford Fiesta....lmfao what a cuck mobile

The Hyundai I20N needs some competition, in fact I wouldn't mind if they also included the previous Renault Clio RS, the VW Polo GTI or the Audi A1S1 and Alfa Romeo MiTo QV that were already in the first Assetto Corsa.

Having cars that are more affordable than you can buy one doesn't make them meh, but they can even make you decide to buy one in real life in the future, that's what made Gran Turismo so popular along with many of the Japanese cars from its time.

I would add to this list Suzuki Swift Sport or S1600.

Maybe it is not for you but I like it a lot :)

So what's wrong with Fiesta ST? In Assetto Corsa it is much faster than many unstable supercar. Fiesta ST Mk8 is one of the best hothatch ever made. Mine car is sligtly modified Stage 2, with Stage 2 map it is fast enough and so so good to drive after the all suspension and chassis changes I've been made. It still looks a standard car for everyday driving, a real sleeper :)

This is my 5 door Fiesta ST Mk8, 275 hp / 410 Nm Torque, it looks like granny car but it is a real street race car so please 'make my day' :)

No, I own several BMWs, and the wife is currently hauling the kiddosin an X5.

My step brother has the same reaction when he trys to tell me his fiesta is a cool car too.

You lot crack me up

The Ioniq 5 N has a neat feature... N e-Shift. 8-speed dual clutch transmission simulated in an electric car complete with engine sounds and real physical feedback (Not faked, it uses the car's power controller to simulate the feel of a transmission shifting gears)... I think if AC Evo has drive modes, that would be a nice feature for the Ioniq in the game

Here's a video I found of the N e-Shift tech in action
