Hardware provider Thrustmaster announces an all-female team to compete for them in esports racing competitions: Pro-racers Emily Jones, Charlie Martin and Alethea Bouco are the three names of the Thrustmaster Rockets. All three of these impressive racers have already been featured on OverTake and we are therefore all the more happy to see their newest project!

Who are the TM Rockets?

PESC All-Stars winner and FIA Gran Turismo Championships 2020 Series competitor Emily ’emree’ Jones is a successful and ambitious driver from Australia. OverTake is glad to have collaborated with her in the past and also to feature her in the upcoming Clash of Racers II event.

The Australian will be joined in the Thrustmaster Rockets by British racer and content creator Charlie Martin, who currently competes in the VCO proSIM SERIES – Sim racer. We at OverTake are proud to have featured her on an episode of Nitro Nights and are keen to see her perform for Thrustmaster as well.

Last but not least, Theamusante will complete the Rockets. The French sim racer frequently streams on her YouTube channel and is often seen as an inspiration for women who want to join the esports racing scene. We had the chance to talk to her about this in our Nitro Nights Stories podcast.

More female racers

The first appearance of the newly founded Thrustmaster Rockets will be at a tournament the hardware provider itself hosts on December 14. The More Female Racers series aims to do what its name states: introduce more female racers to the esports racing scene.

The Thrustmaster Rockets, consisting of three successful and inspirational racers, are the perfect candidates to take part in the event. If you don’t want to miss them in action, make sure you tune in to Sim Grid’s live stream starting on December 14 at 8:30 PM CEST (2:30 PM ET).
