Ferrari F8 Spider Hits The Crew Motorfest

What is set to be Ferrari’s final naturally aspirated mid-engine V8 supercar, the F8, is now available to everyone with The Crew Motorfest

A new car has arrived for all players of The Crew Motorfest – the Ferrari F8 Spider. To be clear, this is not part of the paid-for Year 1 Pass, which means anyone who owns the car can now purchase it in-game.

The supercar costs 1,200,000 bucks (earnt credits), or 220,000 (paid for) Crew Credits in the shop. It sits within the Hypercar category with a performance level of 643/920. The screaming engine also sounds rather sonorous.

As ever, the vehicle is heavily customisable, with a suite of wheel rims (five of which are real-world Ferrari variants), hoods, spoilers and fenders available.

If you’d like a red F8 with a black carbon raised roof and a blue interior – it’s possible.

The model is a derivation of prior midship cars from Maranello, dating way back to 2009’s 458 Italia. That car was updated to the 488 in 2015, and finally to the F8 in 2019. It is seen as a four-year stopgap while the Prancing Horse ramped up hybrid production. The cessation of production happened last year.

Meanwhile, it’s worth noting that new cars keep being added to The Crew 2, strangely, and this week the latest Land Rover Defender 110 V8 and Audi RS Q8 arrived. Both will be part of Motorfest’s Collection Import system at a later date.

Ubisoft Ivory Tower’s 2023 open-world racer recently added the Mercedes-AMG SL and a Hoonigan-tuned Chevrolet Camaro – but these were only for those who have purchased the aforementioned car pass.

Speaking of Hoonigan, the tuning shop and media outlet is the main theme within Motorfest at present, with a dedicated island and playlist filled with new themed challenges.

The Ferrari? No, not Hoonigan-related, but we’ll take it…
