Forza Horizon 3 will no longer be able for purchase after September 27, 2020. The official Twitter account of Forza Horizon announced the game is heading towards its “End of Life” status. Features like multiplayer and online services will still be accessible for owners of the game.

As well as the main game, its DLCs will also be taken off digital stores. Until Forza Horizon 3 reaches its “End of Life”, several versions of the game will be on sale. If you buy the game before September 27, you will still be able to download it after the deadline.

Forza Horizon 3 was released on September 27, 2016 for Xbox One and Microsoft Windows. The open-world racer takes place in Australia and features more than 500 cars. It was developed by Playground Games and Turn 10 Studios.

When Forza Motorsport 6 was taken off shelves in September 2019, owners of Xbox Live Gold were gifted the game via Games for Gold shortly beforehand. Some fans are already speculating about a similar deal for Forza Horizon 3.
