To coincide with the official Gran Turismo championships World Finals, Polyphony Digital have released the November update for Gran Turismo 7. Some new cars and one of the most popular race circuits across the entire motor racing community are available in the update.
Also, keep reading until the end of the article to learn about how prizes can be won in-game by watching the Gran Turismo World Finals broadcasts across the next four days.
Road Atlanta in GT7
Starting off with the track, it’s Road Atlanta which is located in the state of Georgia, USA. The 12-corner circuit was opened in 1970 and plays host to the Petit Le Mans race, the season-ending round of the IMSA American SportsCar Championship which runs for 10 hours.
It is beloved by drivers and fans alike for its blind, high speed corners as well as its immense elevation change, much like the Watkins Glen circuit that was added into GT7 a couple of months back. It’s a tricky track to master, and it will be unfamiliar to fans of Gran Turismo as Road Atlanta is making its debut in the series. It’s more known to iRacing and Forza players.

What Else is New?
First up in the new batch of cars, all players will be gifted a Red Bull X2019 Competition decked in the colours of Gran Turismo. This is to mark the 25th Anniversary since the release of the first ever Gran Turismo game. To claim it, go to the World Finals Monaco Demo Event where also for a limited time, two races are available to earn 1,000,000 credits each.
Some new additions in terms of cars to the game though are the Nissan Silvia (S14) K’s Aero, the Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500 and BMW M2 Competition. The Nissan last appeared in the series in Gran Turismo 6 whereas the BMW and Ford are both making their series debut in GT7. Many players undoubtedly will want to get their hands on them. But what if they don’t have any money? Fear not.
One of the most basic features from past Gran Turismo games that was noticeably absent from GT7 at launch, was the ability to sell cars. Fans were in uproar and demanded the feature was re-introduced, and Polyphony promised that it would be. Better late than never, then! It has finally been implemented eight months after launch.
Players need to have completed Menu Book 39 in order to sell their cars. To do so, head over to the Used Car Dealership and click the ‘Car Valuation Service’ tab in the top right.
Viewer Gifts
To earn additional prizes in-game, tune in to the Gran Turismo World Finals this weekend. From the time of the broadcast until 24 hours later, all players can answer a question asked on air. These questions will allow players to earn items in-game ranging from credits, roulette tickets and even an upcoming Vision Gran Turismo car.
Today from 5pm CET is the broadcast for the grand final of the Toyota Gazoo Racing GT Cup. The question can be answered in-game, for which there will be a reward of 1,000,000 credits. The Nations Cup regional finals on 25 November will have a question where the prize is a 6-Star Roulette Ticket that will award players with a car part.

The Manufacturers Cup grand final on 26 November will have a question that results in another 6-Star Roulette Ticket that will grant players an engine. Finally, perhaps the one most players will be eager for, the Nations Cup grand final will see the official unveiling of the recently-announced collaborative project between Ferrari and Vision Gran Turismo.
Players can expect to receive the car in their garage before it arrives in Brand Central if they answer the question correctly. Unlike the previous three, though, it won’t expire 24 hours after the broadcast. Instead, it will run until 4 December.
To potentially earn additional credits, head over to the Bonus Campaign tab on the World Map in GT7. Make a prediction for who will be the champions of the Toyota Gazoo Racing GT Cup, Manufacturers Cup and Nations Cup competitions, and earn up to 1,000,000 credits for every correct prediction.
All four days will be broadcast over on both Gran Turismo‘s official YouTube channel and the official PlayStation Twitch channel at 5pm CET.
