The second edition of our Clash of Racers is right around the corner! Just like last time, two teams of four competitors and one captain each will prove themselves in the event. Through various gripping racing contests, the better team will come forth and claim our beautiful trophy. Even though the main event is going to start on December 13, our racers are already hungry for the win and cannot wait to introduce themselves to you – so let’s see who we’ll encounter in the fight for pole position!
Team RED
Eefje ‘sjokz’ Depoortere – Team Captain
Eefje ‘sjokz‘ Depoortere will captain our fabulous Team RED throughout the competition! A League of Legends host and expert, she knows everything about great teamwork and will translate her knowledge onto the racetrack. Will it be enough to lead her teammates to victory in the end?
Aamir ‘Cyanide’ Thacker
Twitch streamer and automobile connoisseur Cyanide is a valuable asset to sjokz’s team. Proficient not only in Battlefield 4 and Assassin’s Creed, but also killing it on the track in ACC and iRacing, he will surely score a great number of points for his teammates.
Mathieu ‘rAii’ Wacker
Content creator rAii is part of the German gaming channel Pixelhelden. Among countless other video games, he and his friends also cover a ton of racing titles in their videos, which is where rAii gets his expertise in F1, Forza Horizon 4 and ACC from. In Clash of Racers II, he will do his best to transform his knowledge into valuable points for his team.
David ‘Dave Gaming’ Karapetian
If you’ve ever watched one of OverTake’s hardware tutorials, our expert Dave will be a familiar face to you. In Clash of Racers II, he will use all the precious equipment he reviewed over time and get the chance to demonstrate how it’s used properly. Watch him in action for Team RED in the competition!
Emily ‘Emree’ Jones
PESC All-Stars winner and our Hero of the Month Emily Jones obviously cannot be missing from Clash of Racers II! In the All-Stars race of the , the Australian killed it with an impressive run from last to first position and perfect lap times. The rising star in esports racing will prove herself once more and provide us with top performances for Team RED this time around.
Team GREEN
Jakob ‘YamatoCannon’ Mebdi – Team Captain
On the GREEN side of the tournament, another League of Legends pro is waiting to lay his hands on the trophy: Jakob ‘YamatoCannon‘ Mebdi joins the race for pole position. An expert in coaching and ideal teamwork, he will kickstart the team’s performance and meet his opponents with everything he’s got.
Jimmy Broadbent
Sim racing content creator Jimmy Broadbent feels at home on the racing track. With his wide knowledge on countless racing franchises like Gran Turismo, F1 and iRacing, he’s got his team covered no matter what. In Clash of Racers II, the full-time YouTuber will show us his competitive side and is determined to drive his team straight to pole position.
Maxime MXM
Professional esports racer and content creator Maxime MXM is ready to claim victory for her team. She is an F1 2020 expert and will have her team covered for that. As a competitor in last year’s Clash of Racers event, she also provides the experience to guide her teammates through the tournament.
Jaroslav ‘Jardier’ Honzík
Our master of sim racing tutorials Jardier will finally get the chance to show his OverTake viewers how it’s done. Team GREEN will benefit greatly from the content creator’s expertise and team spirit. Don’t miss out on the esports professional putting all of his racing tips and tricks into practice when scoring for his team!
James ‘Gamermuscle’ West
Our second team’s roster is completed by Gamermuscle! The content creator is an expert in sim racing equipment and VR set-ups and not afraid of any challenge that comes his way. A valuable asset to the team, he will give it his all to claim first place with his fellow racers.
James ‘TRL Limitless‘ Doherty, who was originally part of Team RED, had to withdraw his participation in Clash of Racers II due to unforeseen circumstances. However, he’ll surely cheer for his former team and fellow racer rAii, who will take over for him in the competition.
