Do you enjoy throwing dirt bikes through mud, gravel and over jumps? If you do, then the Motocross games will be right up your alley. The latest game in the series, MXGP 2021, will feature all the tracks, riders and teams from the 2021 FIM Motocross World Championship season. The previous game in the series, MXGP 2020, was decently well reviewed but Milestone will be hoping that this new arrival can bring the player numbers up a notch.
What’s New?
There will be a heavily revamped career mode where your reputation is paramount of your success, and you can choose whether to compete with a pre-existing team or start up your own to take to the track with. Speaking of tracks, four historical venues Ottobiano in Italy, Ernée in France, Leon in México and Agueda in Portugal will be coming to the game as well. The first of which will be available on launch with the rest coming later.
It’s here! 🏆🎮 MXGP 2021 drops on 30.11.2021, don’t miss your chance to get inside the world of the FIM Motocross World Championship!

Another new element is the track editor, in which you can create stunning tracks of varying terrains and elevation, and then share them with the rest of the community or download other player’s maps. You can also compete in a vast amount of gamemodes like single races, time attack, championships or waypoint mode. The latter is a mode in which you place checkpoints around your compound and travel between each point in as little time as possible.
Hopefully these additions will be enough to make this year’s game a significant upgrade on MXGP 2020, as Milestone have recently struggled with the issue of a lack of new features with the release of MotoGP 21 earlier this year.
You can pre-order your copy of the game soon, just check into the MXGP game’s official site. The game releases 30 November on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Steam.
