Project Cars 3 will hit the market on August 28, 2020. This was confirmed on the official twitter account of the franchise. The game will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

Slightly Mad Studios officially announced the new Project Cars game at the beginning of June 2020. A gameplay trailer and much information on the new game was released as well.

The game will feature a reworked career mode. You will not be able to choose any car class you want from the beginning. Instead, you have to work your way to the top by going through all racing classes the game offers.

The developers also put much emphasis on the multiplayer mode. The new “Rivals” game mode will give players the opportunity to measure their driving skills and climb up a new ranking ladder. The “Quick Play” mode now uses skill-based matchmaking to find opponents on your level.

Some fans showed concerns about the new game after seeing the first trailer. In their opinion, the gameplay looks too much like an arcade game. The previous games of the franchise have been well-known for their high level of simulation.
