Nitro Nights Episode 3 | Marcel Kiefer

In episode 3 Tom Deacon welcomes the sim racer Marcel Kiefer from Red Bull Racing Esports.

From his bedroom in Karlsruhe to the international stage of Formula 1 Esports Series. Marcel Kiefer is regarded as one of the most talented drivers in the German esports racing scene. Despite his young age, the 21-year-old has competed on a high level for years. He started his professional career in 2017 and has become one of the top competitors in the scene.

He had a really successful season in 2019, winning the Silverstone race against his rival and friend Frederik Rasmussen. However, to develop as a player, he has switched to world champion Red Bull Racing Esports. Marcel is one of the most ambitious players in the F1 Esports scene and says about himself that he’s always trying to get better. This is why, according to him, Red Bull is the right choice, as the team enables him to achieve new heights.

In this episode, Tom chats with Marcel about his achievements, and they analyze some of his plays. Of course, our guest will also share with you some smart tips regarding equipment.

The current situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic is also addressed by Tom and Marcel. The F1 Esports pro shares his views on the opportunities that now arise and how these developments could affect esports racing in the future.
