Sebastian Job is one of the most promising youngsters in esports racing. With such a bright future ahead of him, Sebastian is a great guest to talk about esports racing.
“Last year it all came together”
As the future of Sebastian Job is often a talking point, the Brit has already had success in the iRacing world. Last year he got a strong third place at the Porsche Tag Heuer Esports Supercup. With his recent success, he showcased he made the necessary progress to eventually become an esports racing champion.
“The sole reason I got into sim racing”
For many, the esports racing world is a steppingstone. With a rather high financial barrier to get into real racing, virtual racing can be a way for talents attract sponsors and possible funding opportunities. Sebastian himself affirmed that he is trying the same. He eventually found success and got to drive in Formula Ford in 2018 and in the World’s Fastest Gamer competition last year. Job explains: “Everything that I do is kind of working to get a real seat in racing”.
