Week four of the Ferrari Celebration brings us to special point and time. It's the mid 1960's and Ferrari have had their fun and success, but a little team from England with a certain chap named Colin came along. Enzo Ferrari thought so little of these types of teams he called them "Garagistas" and the battle lines were drawn. Let the battle begin; Ferrari vs. Lotus. F1 is the ultimate crucible for driver and machine. Everything is on the absolute edge. Can you say 4 wheel drift? You better be ready for it.

Drivers, since this is a multi manufacturer event, please have your car of choice in by Thursday 17:00 CDT (22:00 GMT) so we can finalize the server. All late car changes and sign ups will be able to pick from what is left. Thank you for understanding.

RACEDEPARTMENT.COM US 60's F1 Practice #38 server is shut down.

A message to all Drivers
If you run off track, you have to check and see that its clear before you re-enter the track. Do not just keep the gas pinned and pull back on track.
When entering the track from the pits stay off the racing line until you are up to speed and do not race on your out lap. Let other drivers by in qualifying.
On re-entering the track stay off the racing line until you are up to race speed and do not block any fast approaching car. Remember, you've made the mistake by going off so let them by cleanly.
Golden Rule

1. Be 100% sure it's not your fault and just carry on like nothing happened and take the risk of being banned for 30 days.
2. Play on the safe side and wait for the affected drivers, knowing 100% sure you will not get a ban.

Track limits

1. No more than 2 wheels over the white/yellow line without a complete lift of the gas please if it is safe to do so.
   You will be penalized if you break our rules

Just to let you know, Dirk is now Ze Krazy German Quaker. Last night was a riot. @Eugene Abramoff joined us pre-race and hung out and it all went downhill from there. We're going to start doing a Pod Cast Sure wish you could have been there Birdman Dirk's picture is below and sums up his love life, racing and taste in cars or we could just call him "Vanilla Ice"

Oh how I wish we could use custom skins and I knew how to make 'em. Our grid would be Hilarious. Long live the Hooligans. Love you guys.

Nobody got to pick their own nick but incidentally vanilla is this mans favorite ice cream flavor. If you end up calling me that do I have to do the hair-do and blousy wide trouser thing as well ? I'd rather not.

On reflection and a bit better feel,im changing to the ferrari plzzzzzzzzzzzzz..I can just picture the rage,frustration,teeth grinding,fist punching the steering wheel,bouncing in the seat,screeeeeeeeeming Guuuuuuuuuurman Spik,as i flip the BIRD off the start line and he watches the Beautiful red sleek 312/67 tear off into the sunset.....OHHH the joy of that!!!.....
