the problem only appears on rear tires and only when the car is moving.
All grid and AI cars too.
My CSP is 1.80preview115

I already tried:
Downgrade CSP to 1.79preview5
Downgrade CSP to 1.77
Graphics in low or ultra (nothing change)
replace the tires in CM (Kunos Ferrari 2015 tires)
disable Tyre FX (CM)

Just a example with the ferrari(image). But all cars have this problem in the race or any mode.

Edit:
A dude helped me in a discord group. Disable motion blur in CM to fix the issue.
