Ascher-Racing is there Support?

Has anyone had experience with Ascher’s support? I’ve emailed a couple times about my brand new F64 V3 (USB) wheel from them and have heard nothing. The firmware upgrade failed and now it’s stuck in boot loader mode.

Purchased direct from Ascher-Racing. They’re not replying. It’s been almost a week.

Just following up on this, it took a number of days before I received a reply from Ascher, but they said they were backlogged because they just released the new dashboards. Either way after emailing back-and-forth for a few days, they sent me a new coiled USB cable, and that took care of the problem. Happy now.
