This Happens with certain car sounds. it seems like it's only on some parts of the map and also only certain gas % pushed. I've tried changing max channels to many different settings. 512/256/1024/16 etc which doesn't fix the issue.
Changing to 92Khz fixes it but I hate having to change it all the time, since i have to restart my apps to change it.
