Assetto Corsa "AISPLINE" not loading/crashes ACS.exe

Hey all, so I've recently got Assetto Corsa and I can't seem to load into certain tracks. Here is the example:

I can load into spa fine but not Silverstone for some reason :/

Already tried:
- renaming AI files for Silverstone to something else
- launching using valina Assetto Corsa with default kunos cars and tracks (Silverstone with tatuus)
- deleting CSP and SOL
- using CSP and SOL
- blacklisting acs.exe in my antivirus
- changing my registry for FTH
- launching acs.exe and Assetto Corsa in admin
- forcing 32 bit
- reinstalling and installing Assetto Corsa
- running integrity file checks
- chnaged compatibility mode for Assetto
- updated my drivers latest verisons
- installing all windows C++ verisons (2008 - 2022)
And alot more but nothing seems to work :/
