ACE will have a hard time against themselves. The benchmark is AC (1) and its many mods. CSP and PUR have set the bar high, so to speak. Only the AI is a weak point. If I were Kunos, I would concentrate on a game with really good single-player experience including a career. Quasi a Gran Turismo for the PC with top AI and driving physics. Or you can simply provide the audience with the framework of their new engine for a one-time payment and let the modders make of it what they have done with AC for the last 10 years. Then an paid online mode with good servers an ranking system and race shedule, which plays in iracing quality and that's it. Personally, I don't need another driving simulation that comes out in beta status and only progresses over tens of years. We have enough of that on the market. So as long as I don't know which direction ACE wants to go, or what Kunos is up to, I don't care about a postponement.
