Best racing wheel under £300?

I havent done any sim racing for about 3 -4 years now due to moving to a smaller flat with not enough space for a set up the last wheel I owned was the old Forza Motorsport CSR Wheel i'm a bit out of the loop when it comes to wheels now. what you you guys recommend for something good for about £300

Either a T300 or a G29 are about the only options.

My brother recently ordered a T248 for €350 or so , might be worth the extra 50?
