Black dots appear in gameplay

Hello Community,

I was wondering if someone has encountered this during gameplay and if they know what it may be ?
I'm using a 2080 RTX graphics card. No other games I own produce this artifact. 1.72 preview 1 Shaders Patch version 1320.
Also is there a recommended fix ? This is has only occurred in spectator view so far.
