How do I convert it into a dds?

You dont convert it into a dds.Make sure you have Unity Assests Explorer for this.
1.Extract the original file,you find it in sharedasset3.It is called racing_accesories.
2.Open it with Paint.net.
3.Download this image,and paste it over the original image *aka file*.
4.Save it.
5.Import it with UAE (unity assests explorer)
6.Replace the sharedassest3.
7.Enter in game and ur done.
