Cant get mods to work?????

Ok so I'm not a total noob but.... just cant seem to get car skins to work in AMS2???
have followed d/l inc's ie unzip to Ams 2 folder in "C" drive etc and get nothing have tried to open the manually move files to car files etc

I know it's me but what's the trick??????? and the 2nd question is If I remove ams2 from steam when I re-install will all my "Paid" for stuff be there?

OK found the Issue???? I have 2 pc's one down stairs and the sim rig upstairs, I have been trying to d/load and activate mods into the AMS2 folder on the upstairs PC and getting nowhere.....so just to try I did the same on the down stairs PC, and bingo working as they should on both PC's, why is this ??? not complaining, but it might be of use to others with 2 pc's
