Can't turn off the lights

I have not encountered this problem before and I have no idea why this happened. The headlights are on all the time and I can't turn them off. Problem definetly are not in cars because no matter what car im driving they're still on.
Im using CSP 1.77 and SOL 2.2

I had this once...if I recall there was a .ini file I had to edit. Something abut the weather slot I was using, "mid clouds" would turn the headlights on automatically. I can't remember what I edited...if I remember, I will post here...but maybe someone will chime in.

Ok, I found it in my notes:

"I found that in the weather.ini files, like \assettocorsa\content\weather\6_mid_clouds\weather.ini, there's a new line:

[CAR_LIGHTS]
FORCE_ON=1

You can change that to 0 if you don't want your headlights to come on automatically."

I don't remember where I found this info, but it worked for me so I saved it in my notes.
