F1 2021 Cars have bright pixels on them in night races...

So im doing a night race and there ar little white pixels / dots on the cars..seems to be just the cars.. lots of whit shiny dots on the edges.. Have tried different AA settings... running an AMD 6800XT at 2560 x 1440... The picture shows a small percentage..when other cars on track there are lots of these little white dots everywhere on the cars.

Mate I've mentioned that on here and you're the first person I've come across who's noticed that. Sortr of glittery trees as well? We might have to experiment with graphical settings.

Edited as didnt read to the end of the post. I'm running a GTX 2080Ti ultra settings, DLSS. Not what needs switching off but I agree, I think something does.
