CART 1998 Mod Speeds?

I notice that at Indy with these cars, you can go faster than about 203 MPH? Is that it or do I need to do something else? The 87' mod also is not that fast.

If you want to go 230-240 MPH on big ovals like Indianapolis or Fontana you'll need to run the speedway or superspeedway aero configuration. Look under Showroom, and you'll see "Upgrades" you can do to the car, and one of those is to change the aero kit.
