Clutch pedal disabled when using Mod manager

Guys, when using the Lotus Elise / Evora, and the Alfa GTA in mod manager, even if I select pro and disable auto clutch, it is still using auto clutch. Is this correct? When I use the 3rd party F312T4 mod it works fine with the 'manual' clutch working
