Compare Your Stats

Hi all. This thread is meant to be fun and interesting. You need to have Content Manager (CM) to be able to participate. I have the full version of CM and it has a statistic page listed under the tab "Results" and "Stats". I took a screenshot with an app called 'Snapper' to post my stats page here. Apparently I have driven 37741 kms (23451 miles) on Assetto Corsa! Now I don't know if that includes the kms driven when I only had the free version of CM or if it only kept track from approximately December, 2018 when I got a new computer and also upgraded to the full version of CM. It will be interesting to compare stats like favorite track, favorite car, number of crashes, etc. Some stats look wonky like maximum speed----mine says 457.9 kmph in a 1970 Corvette which we know can't be true. I am a Canadian so my speed and distance stats are in metric but that's ok. Post your mph/miles stats anyway as us metric users are used to them as well and can convert them if we want to. One kilometer is 0.62 of a mile. 60 mph is 96.56 kmph. I think this could be an interesting thread.

Hi guys. Yes, I have fallen through scenery before (haven't we all?) and it sounds like that must be what caused that speed recording. Wow, Aphidgod....over 205000 driven kms! And I thought mine was high, LOL. How many years has it taken you to accumulate that? I also find it interesting that you like the Jaguar XJ13. I also like to drive that car sometimes although it can be a bit tricky which makes it fun. At first I didn't like it but after adjusting the toe it seemed better. Don't ask me what I adjusted it to because it's been a little while now since I drove it. My stats show the Renault RS.01 as favorite but I haven't driven it regularly for almost a year. I did drive the heck out of it at the '67 LeMans track when I first got it though.

I have only driven 3 days and 17 hours. Silly me. In quarantine I tried to do many of the hotlap challenges, how good are you in them? I have completed 29 out of 97 with a few more silver and bronze times

Honestly I've never even tried the hotlap challenges. If I'm just driving single I drive in practice mode. It records the lap times in practice mode anyway. I've always found that different people focus on different things to get their particular enjoyment out of a simulator hobby...whether car racing, flying airplanes or what have you. Some people are true modders who like to make tracks, scenery and cars. Some people like long races with a huge field of cars while others like short races with only a couple of other cars and everything in between. Personally I like to drive any car and make a judgement on how 'I feel' it drives and whether I can improve on it by adjusting the specs on the car. Trial and error stuff. I often spend way more time swapping and adjusting file specs than I do driving cars but that is where I find my fun. I will spend hours tuning and adjusting cars and slowly develop a pack of cars in a particular class that race well together. I usually only do short races like five laps (depends on the track) multiple times with that same pack of cars to determine which cars still need work. I can spend hours and hours doing that.
