CSP way too bright

I've installed content manager and CSP recently, and it made the game look better on chase cam and on track cameras but its on the verge of being undriveable with how bright it looks, the road is just white, depending on the track even the grass and runoff will be white, when i change settings like exposure ( its currently at 2% ) or in lighting FX ( its at 7% ) it doesnt change anything in game, what do i do

also i don't have SOL installed, which i've seen a lot of people blame for similar problems

Same problem...follow
