Deleted one originaltrack unintentionally, can I add it again somehow?

Sure, do a Steam integrity check.

make a copy of your assettocorsa folder
run integrity check to get back the missing track
copy lost track from assettocorsa folder to assettocorsa - copy game folder
delete assettocorsa folder
rename assettocorsa - copy back to assettocorsa

now all good other than needing to run AC CM and update track textures, track vao, and backgrounds
