Yep, it requires a different compression method, looks like we will need to wait until they update the tool.
The files were fine, codies didn't need to change it again

Yeah I guess that's the reason. It seems that there is a VIP subscription or something you can purchase to unlock certain helmets and liveries and etc., and beyond that you can just purchase some of those with real money. I guess that's why they wanted to kill modding: to grab more CA$H from the playerbase
Just to let you know, I have posted a thread on github and got a response from Ryder, he is working on a fix but this might take a little while for him to figure out.
The game is amazing though, I just can;t wait to add my modded helmet in from last year, RPG reasons~

I got a message from him saying that he's close to releasing a new version. He'll get to it as soon as he has free time.
Someone else suggested it but he really deserves a donation, without him we wouldn't be possible to mod the F1 games.
