Error running car and track

I had installed game on my HDD and i installed cm (7.2 from off site). when i press go with any car with any track i get this error. any ways to fix???
I have already started to reinstall game and deleted content manager and reinstalled it. i get this error.
i start the game normaly but it wont run any car or truck just throw this error

When it happened to me a very long time ago each time I launched any session in the AC early ages ( without error message as the original launcher didn't give any ) the only reason was:
acs_86.exe ( for 32bit ) and acs.exe ( for 64bit ) were not authorized in the firewall.

Except that, I don't know what might be your problem as I never had it.

NB now in case of PC reinstall I never forget to do it immediately.
