A very impressive list of supported peripherals and a new gameplay video for F1 2017 has been released by UK developers Codemasters.

The game is scheduled to launch in just 10 days time, and with Formula One fans eager to get their fix of on track action during the annual F1 summer break, Codemasters "Handling Guru" David Greco has once again taken to the track to share some unedited in game footage from the upcoming title.

Setting off behind the wheel of the oh so appalling 2017 McLaren Honda, Greco takes us on a nice little run around a soaking wet Marina Bay Street Circuit in Singapore. Showcasing some impressive looking wet weather visuals, the short 13 minute video does look like the developers have put some time into the driving experience on a damp surface, with the McLaren looking like a bit of a handful on a number of occasions as Greco races against the "Ultimate" AI setting in a 25% race distance dash around the impressive Singapore Grand Prix circuit. Check out the video for yourself below:

In other news, Codemasters have released an impressively substantial list of supported peripherals for each of the main platforms due to support the new Formula One game. Xbox, PlayStation and PC gamers will have a very solid array of supported equipment come release day, not least of which is the increasingly popular Buttkicker bass shakers alongside a number of big name wheel manufacturers and additional equipment - however sadly with no VR support...

I would like to know if there is actually mouse support for moving through the menus on the pc version so I don't have to use the bloody keyboard. Will I also be able to map functions to multiple controllers like a button Box, would be an insta buy for me if yes or a no buy if not.

It's a shame you won't be able to drive the MP4/4 as it should be driven.....manual h-shift with clutch.....:(
Really? I could've sworn I saw Lando Norris driving it with the clutch and H-pattern in one of Codemaster's latest videos on the game. It'd be criminal not to let you drive that thing the way it was actually driven. :p

Edit: Here's the video

No VR but Track IR:D
Get OpenTrack app (Google it, it's in Github), and you can set SteamVR support for TrackIR :D

Mouse support isn't in the game (like in the last few years), but you can set bindings for multiple controllers at once (and we have some nice ones, like instant engine mode change and so on).
