I just managed to grab 4th in China, pulled a fantastic strategy out of my arse in a dry-wet-dry race and got lucky regarding a safety car, got a tonne of team reputation for it with McLaren who I drive for.
I then failed my qualifying pace test in Baku and lost literally everything I gained, wat.
The reputation taken away for failing practice programmes is way too severe in my opinion, thoughts.
