Sorry you'te right I forgot to mention the installation process, well it's pretty simple just drop the files in the main installation folder of the game, it activates automatically at start

Hello sparticus, thanks for your feedback, the TV POD preset is intended to match the fisheye camera of the TV POD broadcast, if you have a specific request I can make a profile specific for you or suggest you to deactivate the shader "perfect perspective" ,to do so just open the reshade Overlay by pressing the "home" key on the keyboard and deactivate the shader (must be the first one on top) by unticking it. This alone removes the "fisheye" effect
Slightly changes made to the broadcast preset, removed a little bloom intensity, it was too much and removed the tint shader which was not suitable for other conditions
Adjustments made to the TV POD camera now closer to the broadcast effect

Reworked Broadcast profile and added new Broadcast profiles to achieve best results in multiple conditions. now you have 3 profiles: one for Sunny weather, one for Rain and one for Night races

Can't really say, it depends on multiple factors like your configuration and GPU. If you have a gpu screen overlay check it yourself by pressing the key button "INS" next to the button HOME on your keyboard to disable the effects and compare it yourself for better prediction. I can say on my configuration the mod costs me around 15% of GPU usage
Slightly adjustments to the Broadcast profiles as well as TV POD presets, plus a new TV POD preset for night races and finally added the photorealistic profile for taking photos with photomode (or play with it)
