F3 cams for Traffic Layouts - Trackside views for many tracks with AI traffic. Some additional fixes.

This pack contains mainly "cameras.ini" files for

There are two sets per track - wide shots and regular first-person views selectable by F3 on the keyboard at any time in the game.

All cams are made with "AccExtHelper" in one go per layout. I aimed to make the sequences as natural as possible with that tool and without too much...
