Added 27 new cars to the Traffic tool for more immersive 2REAL Traffic Simulations.

This can be quite heavy, i will add some variatons soon with more/less cars. Mod is not 100% done yet, some cars are a little bit in the ground, dont know why but i am trying to fix that.
Improve performance by checking ''spawn cars nearby only'' in Traffic Planner Tool and decrease amount of cars.
