So, a question for anybody with the v3 pedals: I've recently installed the brake performance kit to my pedals, after only having the damper fitted since I bought them.
I've noticed that I've had to gradually reduce to amount of damping to get the feel right with the BPK. In actual fact, there is hardly any damping at all now, which poses the question: do I actually need the damper any more now that I have the BPK?
I've read some opinions that say when you buy the pedals buy the BPK at all costs, others say buy the damper kit instead, and some people say you need both..I've been playing with the settings now for a week, and am more confused than when I started
If I could remove the damper it'd help to get the pedals further forward in my rig, as the rig butts up against the wall, and the damper hangs over the rig itself with the pedals as far forward as I'd like them, and would destroy itself by boring a hole in the wall in the shortest time in that position. I hope everybody can imagine what I mean
