I've never used that car, but I think parts flickering is usually caused by 2 objects overlapping each other's location - so the game can't decide which is in front of the other. If that's what it is, somebody would have to edit the 3D model to fix it.
I've seen it happen on dashboards where things like buttons on the dash are at exactly the same depth as the dash itself, so the dash and the button are fighting over which gets drawn in front.
Try the (1) setting and (2) as a last resort, although not recommended.
The issue will be fixed on the public version of CSP 0.1.80. We can do nothing about it for now on our side.
