G29

After 5 days of non-stop frustration and anger, i decided to write here. Apparently I spent 230€ on a Logitech G29 wheel and 15€ on Assetto Corsa, just to come to the conclusion that I shouldn't have spent any money at all. This stupid wheel is pure trash for drifting.... I tried hundreds of cars, setup, settings, LUTs and no matter what I try, the result is the same.... trash. I watched like 50 videos of people drifting with this **** wheel and I still wonder how dafuq do they manage to do that. Everytime I try it, it's the same result. The moment I try to transition the car goes wherever it wants and it doesn't even matter what I try to do, there is no way to stop it. Even with forcefuly making the wheel counter-steer the result is the same. It's like the moment I try to transition, the wheel stops working.... I have 0 problems drifting in other games, yet in AC nothing works.... People on videos drift super smoothly and the cars transition on their own, when in my case it's like the stupid car wants to fly off in another galaxy.. It's like someone rammed it on the side and it starts spinning wherever it wants. 0 enjoyment in the game. Only frustration and anger. Nothing seems to work. If anyone has any idea how to turn this experience a bit less frustrating, feel free to comment.

you say you have no problems drifting in other games, is that with the G29? if so then its not the wheel is it? the G29 is used by many many sim racers me included without issue(never tried drifting not my thing). if you have'nt used the wheel in the other games try too and report back.
if only issue is in AC it most likely to be car set up

Yes, I use the G29 for all games I play. I doubt that it's the car setup that does the problem, since no matter what setup I use it's still the same. I've watched a lot of videos on YouTube of people drifting with modded cars, then I try to use the same modded cars with the same setup and still doesn't work. It works perfectly fine for normal racing, the problem is only when drifting. It's like the wheel isn't fast enough like many people say, but I tried forcefully making it to spin faster which still doesn't help.

What are those other games? @Varkoroth

The other games I've tried which work with no problems are Forza Horizon 3, Forza Horizon 4, Forza Motorsport 7, Grid, Need for Speed Payback, rFactor, Live for Speed.
