Geforce Experience Optimal settings is wrong

Wrong for me anyway. Don't know if this is a problem across the board or just with my PC config, but it might help someone out so I thought I'd post. With the configuration I came up with I get a minimum of 65fps, but it usually sits around 75-85 with a full grid. Tested in clear conditions, night and rain on several tracks.
Sorry for the wide pic.

Haven't found those Nvidia suggested settings to be reliable at all. Some games I get 250FPS on max settings, yet it suggests I need to put most settings on low.

As usual, it's best to manage it yourself instead.

So what exactly is wrong then if you get 60+ FPS? Besides, these Nvidia settings don't take into account the CPU you own and CPU is often the key component in ACC, so it wouldn't even theoretically be possible to match FPS exactly with settings.
Did you even look at the pictures? It has everything set to low when I can set them to high or epic.
