i realized that the Chevy Omega resembles the 90s DTM car pretty closely and also weight and power are close to the Mercedes and BMW. has anyone tried racing this class with the Omega included? Also and Omega skinpack for DTM would be nice to have

It's not even that far fetched since there were Opel Omegas in the 1991 DTM season.

I tried it some time ago, and at least then it was overall the slowest and all the Omegas were at the end after qualifying, but there may have been physics changes since then that make things different. The DTM cars have better power and better aero, as well as a more stable rear, so it's not really a match. Maybe if you can find the right kind of track it will work out.
