GT3 default setups seem unstable lately

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I noticed the GT3 cars seem a bit unstable. I was playing with GT3 cars yesterday and I kept spinning out for some reason, especially coming out of corners under throttle.

In frustration I swapped to ACC, and using the default (safe) profiles it was like driving on rails. I really had to push hard to lose stability, and even then I could usually recover.

Are the default GT3 setups just too aggressive, or is there some bug that's causing it? I don't remember AMS2 frustrating me like this last year. I also did a little racing with the Chevy Cruise stock cars and it seemed fine. So maybe it's just GT3?

Same issue, I think the base setups are poor and the TC and ABS are not working properly.
The GTE class seems to be much more stable and fun to drive.
