handbrake problem

hello
i have this handbrake

but even when i attach it to axle it doesn't work,how ever in other games like carx etc its work perfectly no issues,what am i missing here?

Its strange that it works fine in other games but not Assetto. Doesnt seem right. Does CarX use a progressive input like Assetto or is it an ON/OFF handbrake in that game?

Actually I just remembered I had to adjust mine when I got it. I actually have 3 of these that all needed to be adjusted before using it. You adjust it but turning the middle bolt where the master cylinder would attach to.

Ive edited your picture. Red it what you adjust, blue it whats being adjusted, under that cover.
