Heusinkveld - great customer service.

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with Heusinkveld.

Recently purchased a second-hand set of HE Pro pedals and noticed over the weekend that the white rubbers were all the same size rather than the variety of lengths that should have been supplied.

Dropped Heusinkveld an email on Saturday, explaining I'd bought a used set of Pros and with a view to buying replacements. Svend replied within the hour and immediately offered to send me a set along with any other supporting 'parts' that might have been missing. (All was good there)

Got home today and the replacement rubbers had arrived!

That's fantastic customer service all round and certainly worth shouting about in my opinion! :thumbsup:
 
I also want to give a thanks for the various software and hardware manufactures. Especially Microsoft.

I was thinking last night how I have 10 usb ports taken up, on a machine that was upgraded from windows 7 > windows 8 > windows 10 without a clean build! and yet everything runs the way it should.

We've come a *very* long way in that regard. Sure you get the occasional issue you need to work around but even fault isolation is miles better now than in the past. Someone making a dedicated sim PC should have no issues with things running smoothly.
