How can I make a track out of this?

I'm totally new to making tracks and I know next to nothing about the software used to make them. I came across this thread on another site: https://assettocorsamods.net/threads/import-openstreetmap-unreal-engine-4.845/

There's a particular road close to where I live that I'd like to make a track out of using the instructions in that thread. I can follow those steps, but I have no idea how to add a track where the roads are, etc. Are there any videos explaining how to do all that for "Unreal Engine 4"?

I'd also like to be able to make the surroundings look as realistic as possible by using Google street view images, is that possible?
